LARGE OUTDOOR SYSTEMS (HORIZONTAL WAVE)

Count on over 20 years of expertise in designing and manufacturing various testing installations, capable of conducting HEMP/NEMP survivability demonstration tests on large systems.
Proven performance
Easily disconnectable generator for long term storage
Automated test and report generation
Expertise in the refurbishment of old systems
Montena designs and manufactures Horizontally Polarized Dipole (HPD) systems capable of conducting high-altitude electromagnetic pulse (HEMP) / nuclear electromagnetic pulse (NEMP) survivability demonstration tests on large systems, according to MIL STD 464C, MIL 188-125-2 or IEC 61000-5-25.
The bipolar high voltage pulse generator connected to the dipole antenna generates the horizontally polarized electromagnetic pulse at an intensity of up to 50kV/m in the test volume. Various field sensors are used to verify the electric and magnetic field strengths in the test area. We also offer a range of fix and transportable vertically polarized NEMP test systems.
