MIL STD 464 / MIL STD 188-125

LARGE OUTDOOR SYSTEMS (VERTICAL WAVE)

Benefit from +20 years of experience in developing outdoor bounded wave solutions, capable of conducting HEMP and NEMP survivability demonstration tests on large systems.

Proven performance

Automated test and report generation

+100 systems installed worldwide

Expertise in the refurbishment of your old systems

Montena has been designing, manufacturing and installing fixed simulators for outdoor installation for +20 years. Our bounded wave systems are capable of conducting HEMP and NEMP survivability demonstrations tests on large systems (according to MIL STD 464C, MIL 188-125-2 or IEC 61000-5-25).

The high voltage pulse generator connected to the triangular transmission line generates the vertically polarized bounded wave electromagnetic pulse at an intensity of up to 50kV/m in the test volume. Various field sensors are used to verify the electric and magnetic field strengths in the test area. We also develop smaller transportable NEMP simulators for indoor or temporary outdoor installation (according to the MIL-STD-461 RS105).
